Where does the data come from?
Match, player and team data is licensed from Sportmonks and updated every night. The percentiles, radars, role scores, traits, strengths, weaknesses and pools are FDscout's own models built on top of it.
Which data points are covered?
93 player stats in 6 groups, from xG per shot to 1v1 stop rate, each as a total, per 90 and a percentile against the position; 60 team measures covering results, expected performance, playing style in and out of possession, style signals and match stats; and 7 FDscout models: role scores, traits, strengths and weaknesses, the team style index, coach fit and similar players. Which leagues are covered?
30 leagues: the Premier League down to the National League North and South, the Scottish Premiership and Championship, the big five European leagues and their second tiers, the Eredivisie, Liga Portugal, the Belgian Pro League, the Danish Superliga, Eliteserien, Allsvenskan, the Süper Lig, Argentina, Brazil, Liga MX, MLS, the Saudi Pro League and the J1 League.

What exactly does Unlimited unlock?

Does Compass rate players?
No. Compass describes how a player, a side or a coach plays: 8 sectors on a wheel, with and without the ball, and how strongly the lean shows. Ability lives in the ratings, role scores and percentiles. Style fit puts a number on how closely a player's profile matches what his position usually looks like in sides that play a chosen way, which is a different question from how good he is.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. FDscout is a web app, so it runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop with nothing to install, and every page is built to fit a phone screen.
Can I use the charts in my own work?
Yes. Screenshots of radars, pizzas and charts with a credit to FDscout are welcome in articles, videos and social posts. Bulk export of the underlying data is not available on any plan.
Will the price go up?
The price you join at is the price you keep while you stay subscribed.
How is this different from a stats site?
Stats sites show you numbers. Do you cover the lower leagues?
Yes. In England that means the Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two, the National League and the National League North and South. Elsewhere the second tiers in Spain, Germany, Italy and France are in, alongside the Scottish Championship.
